2. Add whatever file folders you desire.... Remember that when saving old email, the more folders you have will increase the amount of time it takes to save each folder.

3. The most common file format to save old emails is "Comma Separated Value" file type. The one drawback is that for some reason the time stamp on the email is stripped off.
